Getting Started with Music Sync

Welcome to Music Sync! Follow these simple steps to transfer your first playlist:

  1. Choose your source platform (where your playlists are)
  2. Connect your account using secure OAuth
  3. Select the playlists you want to transfer
  4. Choose your destination platform
  5. Select your plan and start the transfer

Common Issues & Solutions

Authentication Problems

If you're having trouble connecting your account, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt the connection again.

Missing Songs

Sometimes songs aren't available on the destination platform. Our system tries to find the best match, and any missing songs will be listed in your transfer report.

Slow Transfer

Large playlists may take longer to transfer. If a transfer seems stuck, please wait a few minutes before trying again.

Billing & Subscription

Plan Limits

  • Free: Up to 300 tracks
  • One-time ($1.99): Up to 5,000 tracks
  • Pro ($3.99/month): Unlimited tracks

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment processing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
